Our story began long before we started managing vacation homes. Derek built his career in trade show sales, while Morgan worked in educational sales. Together, we earned bachelor's degrees and developed a shared passion for building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and solving problems with integrity.

In 2015, we made the move from Dallas, Texas, to Colorado in search of a different pace of life and a place where we could build our future. Three years later, we found exactly that when we settled in beautiful Clear Creek County.

Today, we're proud to call this mountain community home. Our daughter attends Carlson Elementary, and being active members of the community has given us a deep appreciation for the people, businesses, and visitors who make this area so special.

Like so many families, 2020 changed everything. Just one month after welcoming our daughter, Aspen, into the world, we both unexpectedly lost our jobs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Faced with uncertainty, we chose to see opportunity instead of defeat. Derek responded to a Facebook post from a homeowner looking for someone to clean a vacation rental. That one house became our very first client—and the beginning of what would become our family's business.

What started with a single property quickly grew through hard work, attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to exceeding expectations.

Today, we're honored to care for more than 30 properties throughout Clear Creek County and the surrounding Colorado mountain communities. While our business has grown, our philosophy has remained the same: every home deserves exceptional care, every homeowner deserves peace of mind, and every guest deserves an unforgettable experience.
